Rental Information
The Grange is available to rent for your meetings, parties and other gatherings. The Skyline Grange is set atop the beautiful Skyline Ridge just inside the city of Portland. The Grange Hall is clean, bright and basic, and will accommodate up to 120 people upstairs.
The main level is wheelchair accessible and has an ADA-compliant restroom. The kitchen on the lower level is accessible only by stairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a triple stainless steel sink, large stainless steel counter space, and a standard kitchen stove that has cooking limitations. Our kitchen is not a licensed commercial kitchen and no grease-producing cooking is allowed on the stove or in the oven. This means no frying, no grilling and no sauteing. Renters may use the stove for warming only. We have coffee makers, air pots, and a limited number of cups, flatware, and dishes.
In addition, the outside fields are off limits until later summer 2026. They are recovering from disruption during major improvements to the building in fall 2025.

Skyline Grange Rental Pricing Schedule:
Refundable Security Deposit: $250
Three hour rental: $160
Half day (six hours) rental: $250
Full day (8 am – midnight) rental: $330
Weekend (Friday 8 am – Sunday 9 pm) rental: $635
Recurring regular meetings/classes, local non-profits and community groups: To be arranged with Rental Committee at skylinegrange894@gmail.com.
